Graduate of Bachelor of Laws.
With at least seven (7) years’ experience on mining regulatory, tenement management and permitting.
Experience working with the National and Local Regulatory Agencies and Local Government Units.
Has strong connection with Government Regulatory Agencies.
With experience in dealing with the LGUs.
Possesses strong negotiation skill.
Must be results-oriented, culturally sensitive, team player, diligent and hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
Pro-active with leadership skills.
Good written and oral communication skills (Tagalog, English and Visayan Language).
Can easily establish a good rapport and harmonious relationship to all levels of National and Regional Government Heads, Officers, personnel including those of GOCC’s, ICCs/IPs and Non-IPs.
