Design and develop an engagement program anchored with Culture Building, Employee Wellness, and Retention.
Draft the acceptance of the resignation letter based on the template provided, following the off-boarding guidelines/checklists determined by the department.
Conduct the exit interview of the resigned/terminated/separated/retired employees.
Responsible for the monitoring and overall implementation of the Company Benefits:
Responsible for the timely cascade of HR-related communication. (i.e. infographics, OIC memo, etc).
Pre-screening candidates thru the phone calls, job postings, cold sourcing, sourcing candidates thru the job database.
Experience in Sprout and Zoho is a vast.
Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree course in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Management related course.
With at least 1 year of experience in related function, preferably with knowledge on HR program design.
Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Proven team player and able to lead.
