Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree course in Behavioral Science, Psychology or any Management related course.
With at least 1 year of experience in related function.
Preferably with knowledge on HR program design.
Exceptional time, task, and resource management skills.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially with MS Office.
Can work on-site and willing to work night shift.
