5 COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT COORDINATORS
Minimum 3 years of customer support, copywriting and/or social experience required, preferably in a fast-growing company.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with an American brand and/or company.
Experience and expertise in operating social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about American pop culture, celebrities, and beauty influencers.
Must be willing to work 9pm – 5am (6am – 2pm PST) to align with peak posting and community engagement on social platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Word.
Strong organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively in the constant changing environment.
You are highly motivated and able to work well independently and in a diverse team.
