At least 2 years experience as Gardener and/or in landscaping.
Problem solver and critical thinker.
Has a passion for plants & the environment.
Attention to details.
Being Multi-skilled is an advantage (Plumbing, Masonry, Electrical).
Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.
Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers.
A love of the outdoors and plant life.
