1 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Male, with valid driver’s license (4-wheel and motorcycle).
Must be based in the SOUTH AREA (Toril most ideal).
Must have at least two (2) years of actual work experience in driving manual vehicles.
Full-time employed, including Saturdays.
All work assigned will be within Davao City.
Must be able and willing to perform various works (multi-tasking) in a property management setting (subdivision maintenance works including landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, etc.).
You must be of good health; works are primarily site-based.
Must be able to report to work at 7:30AM daily and render paid overtime if and when necessary.
Must be able to perform janitorial work and common maintenance/ utility functions.
Applicants must have a pleasing personality and able to interact with people well.
