1 SURVEY SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience in quality assurance on construction projects. Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards (ASTM, ACI, ISO), and building codes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings. Familiarity with quality control software and documentation processes.
1 DESIGN MANAGER Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or in a related field. Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to architecture and civil engineering. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building systems, design principles, and project management best practices. Excellent communication and negotiation skills working with contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and construction best practices. Strong attention to detail and organization skills for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of construction projects and building maintenance.
