1 DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SALES SUPPORT
Bachelor degree holder in Technology/Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
High proficiency in spoken and written English.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Customer Sales Support roles, preferably in both B2B and B2C business throughout their career.
Must be digital native, or familiar with telecom operators and mobile network technologies.
Data-drive, particularly when it comes to setting metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, basing recommendations on prior experience in the support industry.
