2 LEASING OFFICERS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. Previous experience in commercial/ palengke leasing preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willing to work on site and on night shift schedule. Knowledge of lease agreement and property management is a plus.
1 HR SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management. Preferred 3-year supervisory experience in general human resource functions. Willing to be assigned in Davao City.
1 FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Information Technology or a related field. At least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with focus on financial modules. Proven experience in system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting standards, and internal controls. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
1 FINANCE MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field preferred; PRC certification is a plus. At least 10 years of experience in managerial/supervisory Accounting or Finance position, handling at least 10 staff. Meaningful experience in general accounting, audit, investments, portfolio management, treasury/collections. Average knowledge with PICPA accounting standards and GAAP rules, and procedures. Strong decision making. Excellent analytical and planning skills; Knowledgeable in accumatica system is a plus
1 BUSINESS MANAGER Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Entrepreneurship. At least 5-years of relevant; Interdisciplinary experience in management, administration, accounting, sales, and marketing. Proven experience in business development and expansion is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically. Willing to work on field within Davao City.
