15 EXCAVATOR AND HYDRAULIC MECHANICS Experience: Proven experience as an excavator and hydraulic mechanic, with a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and heavy machinery. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Experience with excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment is required. Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus, such as NCII certification. Willingness to Travel: Ability and willingness to travel extensively, often spending extended periods away from home. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment.
10 DUMP TRUCK MECHANICS Bachelor’s Degree; vocational training or certification in diesel mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a dump truck mechanic or similar role, preferably with experience in construction. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment. Experience with welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques.
10 AUTO ELECTRICIANS 2 Years Electrical, Technical or related degree. Completion of an Electrical apprenticeship. At least 2 years’ experience as an electrical technician Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.. Professional Certification Tesda Certificate etc. will be a plus
10 WELDERS Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures. Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required. Professional Certification Tesda Certificate etc. will be a plus.
20 FIELD ENGINEERS Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role. Outstanding communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as required.
5 PROJECT MANAGERS Must have at least 10 years work experience in engineering and construction management. Minimum 10 years of Working Experience in Civil Engineering Vertical and Horizontal Structures. Minimum of 4 Years with Experience in Structural/ Architectural Quantity Surveying/ Estimation. Knowledge in Project QA/ QC, Supervision, and Computer Literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Communicates ideas and instructions clearly and effectively. Familiar with National Building Code of the Philippines (DPWH) and other related regulations. Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly. Able to handle site(s) independently. Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as required.
