Knowledge of Production Machinery and Processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication, teamwork, and self-motivation.

2 PLANT MECHANICS Technical Training or certification (NCII), such as an apprenticeship or vocational program in a related field. Knowledge of hydraulics, mobile plant, and heavy vehicle maintenance. Hands-on experience with machinery, troubleshooting, and repair.
1 QA/QC ANALYST Graduate of any 4-year course. Practical experience in quality assurance, particularly in a physical or manufacturing setting. Attention to Detail. Understanding of industry standards and regulations.Â
2 ELECTRICIANS Complete a formal apprenticeship or technical school program, and obtain the necessary licenses or certifications (NCII). Able to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems effectively. A thorough understanding of electrical principles, wiring, and safety regulations.
1 PLANT MECHANIC Has High School Diploma or Equivalent. A natural ability to understand how machines and systems work. Diagnosing and fixing vehicle issues and ability to troubleshoot problems. Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems, tools, and equipment. Years of experience in the field is required.
1 HELPER MECHANIC Has high school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools. Familiarity with how vehicles work, including basic maintenance tasks. Able to understand and execute instructions from plant mechanics. Has the ability to follow instructions.
3 TRUCK HELPERS Has high school diploma or equivalent. Good communication and customer service skills. Able to lift and move heavy objects. Punctual.
2 STATION OIC Graduate of any 4-year course. at least 2 years of experience in customer service ideally in the retail industry. expertise in sales, marketing, inventory management, and customer profiling. Has good leadership skill. Willing to be assigned at Descuatan Toril and Mati Davao Oriental.
