1 CYCLE COUNTER At least high school graduate. Minimum 6 months working experience in retail sales, distribution, logistics or warehousing environment. To handle actual cycle count activity including actual checking of stocks up to reconciliation of inventory variances.
1 ROUTE PLANNER Graduate of any four-year course. Minimum of 2 years working experience in warehouse and distribution; load / route planning. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and SAP. Ability to interpret / analyze data. Knowledgeable in auto-mechanical basic repairs and maintenance.
1 RECEIVING TRADE STAFF At least College level. Minimum 6 months working experience in distribution, logistics, or warehousing environment. Applicants with no experience are considered provided there is willingness to learn. Detail-oriented aptitude. High degree of accuracy is required (Accurate monitoring and checking of physical items versus documents).
2 CREDIT AND COLLECTION ASSOCIATES Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any business-related course. At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Manages time efficiently. Keen into details / organized. Computer literate/good in excel. With accounting/collection background. Works well with the team.
2 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in any field. Customer service skills. Interpersonal skills. Good communication skills. With SAP knowledge is a plus.
3 INVOICING ASSISTANTS Graduate of any four-year course. Knowledgeable in SAP and Warehouse Management System (advantage). Minimum 1 year working experience in inventory management or warehousing environment under FMCG. Willing to be assigned in Zamboanga.
3 DISPATCH COMPLIANCE CHECKERS At least high school graduate. Preferably graduate of any two (2) or four (4) year course. Detail-oriented aptitude.
