1 MANAGING DIRECTOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Master’s Degree (MBA or Relevant Industry-Specific Advanced Degrees) could be a plus, especially for overseeing global operations or large-scale production.
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in management roles, with a focus on operations, production, or general management in the agriculture, manufacturing, or coconut processing industry.
