1 ACCOUNTING MANAGER Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Accounting / Finance or related field. CPA License – Preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance. 1–2 years experience in supervisory or managerial role. Hands-on experience in payroll, tax, BIR compliance, financial reporting, audit. Exposure to ISO standards or documentation. Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.). Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, etc.). Knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Familiarity with PH Tax Laws and BIR processes. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Organizational and time management skills. Team leadership and staff supervision. Communication and interpersonal skills. 2 PEST CONTROL TECHNICIANS Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle. Possess a professional driver’s license. High school/college level or vocational course graduate. Graduate of agriculture or any related course is an advantage. Fast learner and can work with minimum supervision. Good communication skills and customer service-oriented. Willing to be trained for career growth. Willing to work night shifts. Night shift availability required. Willingness to be trained for career advancement opportunities.
2 SALES ASSOCIATES College Graduate/Level, Vocational Course Graduate, or equivalent. Professional and presentable. Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage. Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License and own a motorcycle (Male/Female). Proficiency in English is required.
1 FRANCHISE COORDINATOR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Preferred experience in franchise operations, customer service, or the pest control industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of franchise agreements, business regulations, and pest control services is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and data analysis. May require occasional travel to franchise locations.
