1 INTERNAL AUDIT ASSOCIATE Graduate in BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or Internal Auditing, knowledgeable in MS Office (especially Excel) and Accounting Information Systems, familiar with ERP applications (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, Xero, ERIC DMS), computer literate, willing to learn and quickly grasp processes, workflows, and internal controls, and open to fresh graduates. Position will be based in Davao City.
2 HR GENERALISTS Graduate in Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year with proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Must have strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and strong organizational and time management abilities. Position will be based in Luzon (Caloocan) and Visayas (NRA, Mandaue City Cebu)
2 ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES Verify and check all billings, invoices, and statement of Accounts from vendors/suppliers, process payment of payable. Monitor and Audit liquidation from advances, monitor and record sales and purchases for BIR Reporting and Filing. Issuance of sales /cash invoices to client, receive, record and deposit cash or cheque payment.
1 CRD ASSOCIATE Assist in gathering and organizing customer feedback to support marketing strategies. Conduct basic customer research to provide insights for product improvements. Collect and organize customer data to support targeted marketing and sales campaigns. Help coordinate product launch events and customer feedback sessions. Monitor customer experience across various touchpoints of the sales funnel. Assist in the implementation and management of loyalty programs. Prepare preliminary reports on customer trends for review by the CRD Supervisor. Support communication between customers and internal teams for product testing. Help implement and track customer satisfaction metrics. Provide administrative support for CRD initiatives and projects.
1 SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE Update DMS: Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate and current information. Negotiation & Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with branches and suppliers to gather necessary documents and information. Customer Service: Answer hotline calls, addressing service inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Documentation & Filing: Handle and organize documents required for importation, ensuring they are correctly filed and accessible. Record Management: Update and maintain a comprehensive list of unit specifications, submitting records as required by the department.
2 DRIVERS The candidate must have a valid Philippine driver’s license with the appropriate restriction code for truck and trailer driving, at least 5 years of driving experience, a clean driving record with no major violations, and knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices in the Philippines. Strong communication and customer service skills are required, along with no history of drug or alcohol-related offenses. The candidate should also be familiar with basic vehicle maintenance, willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary, and knowledgeable about the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process to ensure the vehicle is ready for operation. 15 TECHNICIANS Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck technician, with knowledge of specific tools, equipment, and machinery, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Experience with specialized truck repair tools (e.g., hydraulic lifts, torque wrenches) is required, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills and familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance are essential. The candidate should be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and have a strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures. Willingness to be assigned to South Mindanao (Davao and Gensan Branch) is also required.
15 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES Proven experience in truck or vehicle sales, preferably in the commercial or fleet market, with at least 3 years of experience in a sales position and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of truck models, specifications, and industry trends is required, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet owners, businesses, and individual buyers. The candidate should possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, and be familiar with financing options, leasing, and warranty programs for trucks. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is essential, as well as the ability to meet and exceed sales targets and a strong understanding of customer needs in the trucking market. Willingness to be assigned in Davao, Gensan, Davao Oriental, and BARMM areas is also required.
4 WAREHOUSE STAFF Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar roles and be able to adhere to company guidelines and regulations. Responsibilities include transporting staff and products to their destinations and assisting with loading and unloading spare parts, tires, lubes, and batteries. Knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems is essential, along with the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if required). The candidate should have strong physical stamina, the ability to lift heavy items, and be familiar with safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, are necessary. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer skills for inventory tracking (if required) are also important.
5 PDI TECHNICIANS Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of vehicle inspection processes and standards, with the ability to perform comprehensive checks on trucks (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.). Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic tools and equipment is required, along with proficiency in identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical issues. The candidate should be knowledgeable about safety standards and compliance requirements and ensure that the vehicle meets manufacturer specifications before delivery. Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and the ability to document and report findings clearly are essential for the role.
3 SERVICE ADVISORS Experience in customer service or as a service advisor in the automotive or trucking industry, with strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services. Proficiency in using service management software and scheduling systems is essential, as is the ability to explain technical information to customers in an understandable way. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, are also important for the role.
