3 WEB DEVELOPERS Senior-level web developers with 5-7+ years of Fullstack / API and CMS development experience. Web Developer for a BPO Industry. Experience with full website migrations. Duda platform certified or have extensive production Duda platform development experience. Fluent English. Ability to overlap with EST time zone. Can work onsite and is ok with working a Graveyard Shift.

3 SEO SPECIALISTS With SEO experience of at least 6 months above. Knowledge of standard and current SEO practice. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO reporting. Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)-Excellent communication skills. Can work onsite and is ok with working a Graveyard Shift.

2 IT STAFF A graduate of BS IT, Computer Science, or any related courses. Has at least 3 months to a year of experience in Information Tech tasks. A working knowledge of VICI and Lead Management, especially with the BPO Industry. Resolving IT support requests from employees. Answering employee questions regarding computer systems. Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed. Can work onsite and is ok with a flexible working schedule. (Preferably night/graveyard shift). A Team Player who is okay working with a team. No health issues nor in attendance.

3 INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES With at least 6 months experience as an Outbound Sales Representative for an Insurance Account in a BPO Industry. Can communicate and read in English. Keen to details. Can work onsite and is ok with working a Graveyard Shift.

1 IT MANAGER You will be the driving force behind our digital transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity. With your strategic mindset and strong leadership skills, you’ll inspire our team to innovate and exceed expectations. You must have an excellent understanding of the IT World for a BPO Industry and in using VICI Dial. You must have at least 1 year or more experience on being an IT Manager for a BPO Company.

1 BACKEND DEVELOPER Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of experience in backend development, with a focus on API integrations. Programming Skill: Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development. Experience with other languages is a plus. API Development: Hands-on experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is an advantage. API Integration: Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party APIs into applications. Understanding of API authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Server Management: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD is a plus but not required. Database Knowledge: Experience with database systems (both SQL and NoSQL). Ability to perform database operations, design schemas, and optimize queries. Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, for managing code changes and collaborating with team members. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integration and backend development. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including collaborating with web developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Communication: Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. Familiarity with Agile: Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in an Agile development environment. Learning Attitude: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices, particularly those related to API development and backend systems. Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of security practices related to API development and data protection, including understanding common vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them. Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.

2 HR GENERALISTS A Graduate of any BSBA Course, preferably in Human Resources or Housekeeping. At least have at least 3 months to a year of experience in HR field. Has an understanding of preparing and understanding other HR Facets. Is knowledgeable in using computers and the like. Fast learner and willing to be trained. Ready to work in a fast pace environment & render over time as needed. Understand instructions easily. Hardworking, responsible, and with a considerate attitude. Willing to be assigned to different offices. Willing to work in graveyard shift and flexible schedule. No health issues nor in attendance. Never complain if given a task. Always have a positive outlook in life.
