1 to 2 Years of supervisory experience in the food industry or retail environment.
Strong knowledge of baking processes and food safety standards.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in point-of-sale systems and basic computer software (e.g., MS Office).
