200 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES At least High School Graduate (old curriculum). With or without BPO experience.

1 REAL TIME ANALYST 1-2 years in Workforce Management or Data Analytical Role for a contact center. Intermediate proficiency using data entry tools such as Excel, google Sheets, etc. (Preferred: Experience with forecasting manually thru a data entry tool.). Strong analytical abilities, and critical thinker. Highly motivated, creative, and a self-starter able to excel with minimal supervision. Bilingual a plus – Fluent in English.

1 IMAGE ENHANCER Minimum 1 years of experience as an Image Enhancer or similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Strong background in Illustrator or other graphic design tools. Knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics. Attention to detail and meticulous approach. Problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills. Self-motivated and independent worker. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Remote position with on-site requirements for client visits and company events. Willingness to work graveyard shifts based on business needs.

4 BACK OFFICE ASSOCIATES Be willing to work onsite. Be willing to work on graveyard shift. Has a Solid foundation about email etiquette – In relation to freight coordination. Have a basic knowledge about Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 – Google Sheets, MS Excel, Google Docs, MS Word. Be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

6 VIDEO EDITORS Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and AfterEffects is a plus. Possesses knowledge and industry background in editorial techniques. Knowledge of Server base Editorial systems and shared storage. Good communication skills and the ability to multitask. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and learn new tools and techniques.

1 E-COMMERCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects. 1 TEAM LEADER 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to quickly identify and address issues or challenges that arise within the team or with customers, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team leaders, managers, and departments to achieve common goals. Flexibility and Adaptability: The capacity to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and business needs in a fast-paced call center environment. Knowledge of Call Center Processes: A solid understanding of call center processes, procedures, and metrics, such as average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).Technical Skills: Proficiency with call center software and tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, workforce management software, and quality monitoring tools.

1 HRIS ONBOARDING SPECIALIST Onboarding experience is a plus but not required. Has passion in talking to people.

1 DATA ANALYST At least 1 year of Data Analyst or SQL experience.

1 INFLUENCER MARKETING SUPPORT Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns, with a focus on performance and ROI. Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and industry trends. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. A team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for influencer marketing.
