2-3 years of experience managing workforce in a chemical plantation.
Strong skills in managing the workforce.
Deep understanding of chemical reactions, mechanisms, and properties.
Proficient in budgeting, financial aspects, and cost control.
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards, environmental laws, and industry regulations.
Ability to identify and resolve operational problem.
