1 HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR
Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any business related courses.
With at least 3 – 5 years experience Human Resource Supervisor.
Experience in administration of HR programs.
(Sourcing & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Employee Engagement).
Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Skills in database management and record-keeping.
Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
