1 FINANCE MANAGER
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably with Masters degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance,
with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate development industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing the financial operations of a real estate development company.
Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, financial standards and regulations.
Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
