1 ASSISTANT OPERATION SUPERVISOR Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 3-5 Years experience employee specialized in Sales -Retail/General or equivalent. Responsible for the smooth operation of the specific section in a department such that all associates and merchandisers consistently execute their respective tasks towards attaining the department sales target. 1 ASSISTANT RECEIVING SUPERVISOR Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course. With at least 1-year supervisory experience in warehousing. Dynamic, self motivated and able to demonstrate enthusiasm. Must have a strong leadership, team management, interpersonal skills and good English verbal/written communication skills. Maybe required to work on extended hours, non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge in MS Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with system applications in retail such as JDA (MMS).

2 ASSISTANT STORE IN CHARGE The candidate must be a College Graduate. At least 1 year of supervisory experience or in charge. 1 EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accountancy, Mathematics, Financial Management or equivalent. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Candidates without NC-II Certificate in Electrical/RAC Tech should have at least 6 months experience as Electrical/RAC Tech. Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician. Must be 55 kilograms below. Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code. Good problem-solving skills. Physically strong and able to stand for long periods. Willing to be assigned in Toril, Davao City.

1 FINANCE OFFICER Provide accounting services for different non-operating companies owned by the Group such as: Recording of all business transactions in the books of Accounts. Filing of statutory compliance for various Bureau of Internal Revenue monthly, quarterly, and Annual basis. Perform necessary bank reconciliation and other processes necessary to close the Books of Accounts on an annual basis. Preparation and submission of Annual Income Tax Return and Audited Financial Statement. Review of Annual submission of the General Information Sheet. Perform financial analysis of the different investments under the name of the Directors and provide reports to the Investment Committee on an annual basis. Assist the Investments Committee in performing case studies for new investments. Perform internal audit tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

2 HR SUPERVISORS Must be a Bachelor’s Degree Holder. With at least 3-5 years of experience in the related field. Good analytical, interpersonal, time management, information gathering, and monitoring skills, and research and communication skills. Attention to details and accuracy and adaptability. The candidate must be willing to work in Toril, Davao City.

1 INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting or any related course. Passed the CPA/CIA Licensure exam is an advantage. At least 5-10 years of relevant experience. Good leadership and people management skill. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines. A record of success in internal and external audits.

3 JUNIOR BUYER PURCHASER Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related, with basic proficiency in Business Mathematics, with basic skills in inventory forecasting and budgeting, with basic skills in inventory forecasting and budgeting, Capable of analyzing sales and inventory data, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Primarily responsible for buying the right assortment of merchandise from the supplier, at the right time, quantity, and price.

1 LOGISTICS SPECIALIST At least Bachelor’s degree. 3 years of experience in logistics operations. Proficiency in MS Office and database management. Knowledge of inventory and logistics processes. 1 LEASE MARKETING SUPERVISOR Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Business Studies, or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in the on-site leasing field. 1-2 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills. Has leadership ability. The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City.

1 MASTER PLUMBER Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Sanitary Engineering. The candidate must be willing to work in Toril, Davao City.

1 RAC MAINTENANCE Possess at least a high school or vocational diploma. With or without NC-II Certificate in RAC. Adept in basic editing programs for mock-ups or renders. Must be able to present ideas using visuals and swatches. Able to work in a diverse team, as a collaborator. Experience in events, OOH, and other print media (conceptualization, installation, dismantling). Must be familiar with various materials for fabrication, printing, and installation purposes. Knowledgeable in the visual arts industry, up-to-date with trends and current industry practices. Highly resilient and agile. Can work under pressure. Has good communication and presentation skills.

1 WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic, Supply Chain Management or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor. Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency. 1 TAX MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably CPA. 3-5 years professional experience in a Tax Manager capacity. Experience in the retail industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of the tax and customs code. Strong interpersonal, leadership skills required. Must be team-player / able to work well and develop a good working relationship with others; Ability to identify and communicate problems and discuss various solutions.
