Assist with the Store Restaurant Manager or Group Manager on mid and end month inventory reports.
Ensures Food, Service and Cleanliness Quality Standards.
Ensures achievement of prepared sales forecast.
Controls customer complaints and coordinates any crisis occurrences with the Crisis Management Committee, the prepares corrective action plan for customer complaints.
Ensures manpower readiness and proper training of all employees ensuring their awareness and compliance to company standards, policies, rules and regulations and work procedures.
