1 ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
Graduate or Degree in Engineering related trades.
Certification on a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a full-service hotel or similar capacity in a service industry.
General knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen and other trades.
Learns and demonstrates the ability to maintain property assets.
Understand in preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections and capital expenditures.
Assists and responds to guests requests in a friendly and positive manner, and provide the highest level of service.
Follows all right procedures for guest/associate incidents.
Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.
