3 ACCOUNTING STAFF College Graduate of 4 years course of accounting or any related courses. With at least 1- or 2-year experience as Account Receivable/Payable Specialist or related field. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply and willing to be trained. Strong written, communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with accounting software programs. Attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Can understand technical forms and financial report. Provide detailed analysis and explanations of all transactions.

3 BELLMEN Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field. Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a full-service hotel industry. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply and willing to be trained. Knows how to drive with professional driver’s license (code: 1 & 2). Strong communication skills. Attention to details. Demonstrated strong customer service report. Provide detailed analysis and explanations of all transactions.

2 ENGINEERING ASSISTANTS Graduate or Degree in Engineering related trades. Certification on a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a full-service hotel or similar capacity in a service industry. General knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen and other trades. Learns and demonstrates the ability to maintain property assets. Understand in preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections and capital expenditures. Assists and responds to guests requests in a friendly and positive manner, and provide the highest level of service. Follows all right procedures for guest/associate incidents. Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.

2 POOL ATTENDANTS High School diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field. At least one year’s experience in the hospitality industry. Recent First Aid and CPR or Red Cross certification. Good in communication and customer service skills. Physically fit, good swimming abilities, and able to perform physical labor in harsh weather conditions. Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment. Good time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of pool equipment and safety measures. Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor. Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours.

4 FOOD ATTENDANTS A graduate of 2- or 4-year course of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related courses. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply. With BARISTA or BARTENDER experience is a plus. Providing friendly, courteous, polite and helpful service to guests. Thorough understanding of cash handling and transactions processing. Competent at handling complaints and answering all questions or secure answer for owners and guests. Ability to serve food to owners and guests in line with service standards. Friendly, professional behavior and appearance. Attention details.

2 FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONISTS College graduate of 4-year course of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related courses. At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a full-service hotel industry. Has cashier background is a plus. Fresh graduate, is welcome to apply and willing to be trained. Should have excellent communication skills. With Interpersonal Skills. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service. With pleasing personality. Can work flexible time or graveyard.

5 LINE COOKS Graduate of 2- or 4-years course of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related course. Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts is an asset. Experience in a similar role is a plus. In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Aptitude for multi-tasking. Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Accepting of Flexible working hours. Willing to render overtime.

4 ROOM ATTENDANTS Graduate of 2- or 4-years course of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related courses. NC II Passer in Housekeeping. At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in a full-service hotel industry. Should have excellent communication skills. Courteous professional and provide efficient service. Can handle different guests. Willing to render overtime. Can work flexible time or graveyard.

3 STEWARD ATTENDANTS A high school diploma or equivalent. A friendly, polite, and courteous nature. Strong customer service and team working skills. Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet. The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
