4 ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATES Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Dependable accounting skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized and time-bounded.

1 HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT HEAD Must have a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or its equivalent. A Licensed Psychometrician and/ or Masters in Business Administration is preferred but not required. Must have at least five (5) years of experience in Human Resource Management in an organization particularly engaged in the Engineering and Construction industry. Dependable problem-solving and decision-making skills. High sense of responsibility and commitment. Strategic and commendable leadership skills. Time-bounded and able to meet reportorial compliances ahead of deadline. Able to provide direct and clear instructions to the team. Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint. Can multitask and attend to various responsibilities while maintaining excellence in the quality of work provided. Can work independently or as a team. Adaptable to change and open for reassignment or change of job delineation.

2 ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATES Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Office Management, Business, or its equivalent. At least 1 year experience in a Administrative functions. Proficient in MS Office applications, Quickbooks (optional). Payroll administration experience is an advantage. Extensive experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.

2 EQUIPMENT MONITORING OFFICERS Proficiency in MS Office. Time-bounded and efficient. Good written and verbal communication skills. At least college-level. High school graduates are also preferred. Can operate computer device and basic computer applications.

5 HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICS Automotive Mechanic NCII/NCIII Certificates are preferred. With at least 2 years of experience in light and heavy equipment repair. With experience in automotive under electrical repairs. Must have an understanding of automotive engines and power tools. Must have knowledge in troubleshooting. Physically fit. With valid driver license code 123.

3 HRMD ASSOCIATES Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent. Proficient in MS Office applications. Can handle pressure and tight deadlines. 1 to 2 years’ experience in HR functions, equipped with knowledge in labor laws and fundamental HR policies. Highly organized and time bounded.

2 INTERNAL AUDIT ASSOCIATES At least 1 year experience performing audit functions in an engineering and/or construction firm. Familiarity and/or knowledge in operating Quickbooks or ther accounting system is an advantage. Analytical, keen to details.

5 LABORERS Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. A good understanding of safety procedures. Physically fit and can sustain longer field exposure. Willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

10 PROJECT ENGINEERS Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. License CE is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and Auto Cad applications. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects. Project management and supervision skills. Decision making ability and leadership skills.

1 TIMEKEEPER Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. A good understanding of safety procedures. Physically fit and can sustain longer field exposure. Willingness to learn and be flexible. Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
