1 LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Graduate of any Business, Finance, Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or any related field.
Must be a member of Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
With at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in project structuring and compliance in the infrastructure industry.
Must have a working experience with corporate governance.
With in-depth knowledge of the industry’s regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong skills in contract review and post-execution monitoring, risk assessment and mitigation, and managing and coordinating legal actions.
