1 CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
The Customer Service Executive manages both internal and external customers.
He is responsible in providing product and services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Handles calls & replies written/email inquiries from clients related to their shipping requirements.
Communicates with principals regarding clients’ inquiries and other related concerns.
Follows-up and receives booking forecast from client.
Prepares and sends Agent’s Booking Forecast (ABF) to principals.
Encodes & updates bookings in principal’s system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
