1 HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is often preferred.
A strong foundation in HR principles, practices, and employment laws id essential.
Familiarity with HR regulations, such as labor laws and equal employment opportunity laws, is important.
Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating applicants.
Experience with applicant tracking systems is beneficial.
The ability to handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of compensation practices, including salary surveys, job evaluations, and wage and salary administration.
