Candidate must have technical training/coaching/teaching background on the technical field of Heavy Equipment Servicing and Operations, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Technology courses.
With or without license.
2 years Training and Development experience.
Adept with different training strategies.
Can run TNA and RCA to identify fields of improvement.
Willing to be assigned at SEMIRARA ISLAND, CALUYA, ANTIQUE.
