1 AGRICULTURAL VALUE CHAIN FINANCING SPECIALIST
Graduate of a 4-yr Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Agri-Business Management.
Has at least three (3) years of experience in agricultural value chain analysis and financing, agricultural production and farm management.
Has knowledge in Strategic Management (Planning, Organizing, Leading, Controlling, Performance Monitoring), Accounting, Financial Analysis, BSP Credit Regulations and Circulars, Research and Technical Writing.
Has excellent leadership and analytical skills.
Computer literate – MS Excel, MS Word and MS power point.
Proficient in oral and written communication.
Able to handle occasional or special duties on top of regular functions. Ability to work under pressure.
