1 IT SPECIALIST
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Assisting in the maintenance of our network infrastructure.
Providing technical support to employees, both remotely and in person.
Collaborating with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems.
Has knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting, including LANs and WANs.
Proficiency in setting up and maintaining network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Ability to install, configure, and maintain operating systems, including Windows.
Familiarity with server hardware and the ability to perform basic server maintenance tasks.
Basic computer, printer and scanner troubleshooting.
Full time work.
Work within Davao City.
