1 IN-HOUSE TRAINER Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent. 1 STORE IN-CHARGE Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field. Must possess at least 1-2 years of store management experience, preferably in coffee shops or equivalent. Proficient in using computers; familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed. Must have effective problem-solving/decision-making abilities. Ability to manage daily store operations, which include but are not limited to sales and marketing; staff management; inventory; and customer care.

1 AREA HEAD Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Food or Business-Related course. At least 3 years of supervisory experience or managerial positions. Must have excellent leadership skills and customer service skills. Must be able to communicate well, oral and in writing, to all levels in the store operations. The candidate must be willing to work in Davao City.

1 MALL MARKETING OFFICER Graduate of Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Liberal Arts, or similar, from a reputable institution. Familiar with various social media platform. Adept in basic Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Programs (Photoshop/Lightroom). Knowledgeable in any editing app or platform. Experience in staging events. Familiar with Canva, Crello, and other creative apps/platforms. Has good communication and presentation skills.

1 VISUAL DISPLAY OFFICER Graduate of Design, Visual Arts, Liberal Arts, or similar, from a reputable institution. With at least 2 years of work experience. Adept in basic editing programs for mock-ups or renders. Must be able to present ideas using visuals and swatches. Able to work in a diverse team, as a collaborator. Experience in events, OOH, and other print media (conceptualization, installation, dismantling). Must be familiar with various materials for fabrication, printing, and installation purposes.

1 RETAIL OPERATIONS STAFF Minimum 12 months’ work of experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding, [as well as with first supervisor experience]. Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.

1 FACILITIES AND PROPERTIES COORDINATOR Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. With or without relevant work experience in the field is welcome to apply for the position. Background or experience in retail and construction is an advantage. Preferably with a good safety mindset. Certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, First Aid, and Firefighting is an advantage but not necessary. Physically fit, alert and attentive. Flexible with working schedule, and willing to be assigned across branches (GMall of Toril, Digos, Tagum, Gensan) in case of needs arise. Willing to report on-call even during rest days, or beyond work schedule if the needs arise. Willing to assume responsibility; can handle pressure and multiple jobs.

6 JUNIOR BUYERS Research, select, and purchase quality products and materials. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing. Process requisitions and update management on the status of orders. Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels. Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions. Coordinate with the inventory team, management, and stockroom as required. Assess the quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.

1 ICT SUPPORT STAFF With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). Setting up accounts for new users. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. The IT Support team maintains the computer networks of all types of organizations, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems. For Toril, Davao City.

1 CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE Candidate must possess at least Senior High School Graduate/Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience and/or customer service experience in the related field is required for this position. Familiar with the office system. Highly organized. Has excellent communication skills and displays good judgment. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must have a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and be highly dependable. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. The candidate must be willing to work in Toril, Davao City.

1 ENCODER Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and/ or any computer-related course. Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Suite and other data entry programs (Excel, Access). Willing to be trained. Can encode data with speed and accuracy. Willing to work in Toril.

1 PAYROLL ESPECIALIST Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Has experience in manual processing of payroll. Solid experience in processing government-mandated benefits. Has experience in alpha list and BIR year-end report. Able to answer payroll inquiries from employees. With strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Knowledgeable in Income Taxation. Keen to details especially in payroll management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, and know some formulas) is an advantage.

1 LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent. Adequate knowledge of learning management software. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques. Familiarity with talent management and succession planning. Ability to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and beneficial training for the employees. Sound decision-making and organizational skills. Ability to understand transnational processes and implement improvements. Must be a team player / able to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 1 TAX MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferably CPA. 3-5 years professional experience in a Tax Manager capacity. Experience in the retail industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of the tax and customs code. Strong interpersonal, leadership skills required. Must be team-player / able to work well and develop a good working relationship with others. Ability to identify and communicate problems and discuss various solutions.

1 INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting or any related course. Passed the CPA/CIA Licensure exam is an advantage. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Good leadership and people management skills. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines. A record of success in internal and external audits.

1 FINANCIAL APPLICATION MANAGER Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Industrial Engineering, or any related business course. Knowledge in Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
