Ensures Food, Service and Cleanliness Quality Standards.
Ensures achievement of prepared sales forecast.
Controls customer complaints and coordinates any crisis occurences with the Crisis Management Committee.
Prepares corrective action plan for customer complaints.
Ensures manpower readiness and proper training of all employees ensuring their awareness and compliance to company standards, policies, rules and regulations and work procedures.
