Proven performance record with at least five (5) years’ experience in managing marketing communications at either an advertising agency or company with strong marketing or brand behavior. Proven capabilities in product positioning, marketing planning and marketing tactical execution. Digital marketing experience a pre-requisite for consideration.
1 SEO SPECIALIST Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing Management, Communication, Information Technology or any related field. With working experience in Real Estate industry is an advantage. Minimum of at least 1 year of working experience in SEO, website management, and/or research is required. Proven skills in Marketing and SEO is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior presentation skills, sound monitoring, and control. Proven performance record with at least one (1) year experience as an SEO Specialist handling website ranking, UI/UX development, and research. Experience in managing marketing apps, Data Analytics, Ahref, SEMRush, PPC, SEO, and other affiliate programs is a plus. Experience in website management is an advantage.
1 DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or equivalent. Additional experience or courses in communications, e-commerce, customer service, business practices and other programs are also a plus. Proven performance record with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or equivalent. Experience in managing PPC, SEO, and other affiliate programs is a plus. Experience in e-commerce, e-mail marketing, and social media marketing is an advantage.
1 IT SUPPORT Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, 2 year course of computer system services with NC II license. Minimum one (1) year working experience with ability, skills and knowledge in both hardware and software. Familiar with industry-standard computing hardware and software in order to install and maintain this technology; know in troubleshooting, installing and configuring computer systems and networks.
1 GRAPHIC DESIGN ARTIST Graduate of any 4 year Multimedia course. Proven performance record with at least Two (2) year experience in info graphics, illustrations design, layout, photography, and videography.

Preferably 2-3 years of Construction Projects working experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation in any Contracting Firm; Ability to multitask, keen to details, team player and excellent problem-solving skills. 2. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Excellent organizational and administrative skills; excellent attention to detail and methodological approach to work, knowledge of building and construction, communication and interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills, highly fitted in a fast and dynamic business environment; “can do, will do” attitude; trustworthy and results oriented. 3.Proficient in AutoCad, BlueBeam, PlanSwift and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)timely services to clients. 4 HEMODIALYSIS NURSES Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Duly licensed by PRC in accordance with R.A. No. 9173 known as “Philippine Nursing Act of 2002”. Certificate of Training in the nursing care of renal dialysis patients from competent training providers. Certificate of Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) recognized by the American Heart Association (AHA), Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Department of Health (DOH). Preferably with an updated training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) recognized by the Department of Health (DOH). Willing to work on shifting schedule, and/or Holidays.
