1 HR SPECIALIST FOR COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
A graduate of Human Resources Development Management or a related field.
6 months – 1 year of experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
Must be exposed to the different facets of HR.
Proficient in providing assistance with various aspects of compensations and benefits programs and activities.
Must be organized.
Accurate thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Possesses strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both written and oral form.
Knowledge and ability to work using MS Apps.
Has strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to be assigned in Talomo Davao City.
