BS Engineering Degree (preferably Civil Engineering).
Proven work experience as sales engineer in road construction equipment e.g., concrete (slipform) and asphalt paver, vibratory roller (preferably from competitors – Caterpillar, Volvo, Sumitumo, Sakai, etc.).
Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutions.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
Willing to travel local and overseas.
Open minded and a team player.
Excellent knowledge in computer application.
Detail oriented.
Pay attention to details.
Customer relationship oriented.
Good driver and has a valid a driving license.
