1 BIOGAS OPERATOR Complete of Secondary (Technical or Science) education (12 years), plus 2 years formal fulltime training, leading to Technical Diploma. Preferably electrical related course; One (1) to two (2) years’ operating and monitoring process parameters. Familiarity with Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) preferable; Willing to be assigned in Binugao, Toril Davao City, Davao Del Sur.
1 WASTE WATER OPERATOR Completion of Secondary (Technical or Science education (12years), plus 2-years formal fulltime training; leading to Technical Diploma. Preferably electrical related course; One (1) to two (2) years’ operating and monitoring process parameters; Familiarity with Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) preferable; Toril Davao City, Davao Del Sur.
1 LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR A Graduate of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field; A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role; Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities; Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries; Resolves problem concerning transportation, logistics System.
1 OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE At least three to five years of experience in Occupational Health/ Medicine; Knowledge in occupational health standards; Knowledge in government regulations and compliance; Oral and written communication skills; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Problem solving and decision-making skills; Proficiency in computer operations, specifically MS Office.
1 OPERATIONS MANAGER A graduate of any Bachelor Course; At least six months experienced in the related field; Managerial, Supervisory, and People Management Skills; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Problem solving and decision-making skills; Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Knowledgeable in Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP); Good Housekeeping (5-S Japanese Practice); Proficiency in computer operations, specifically MS Office.
1 OPERATION STAFF Degree Holder of a four (4) years course. With or without experience; No specific course is required; Effective for the position given Knowledgeable on GMP Rules, Occupational Hazards, Safety Rules, and Process flow. Work under varying shifts and willing to render overtime; Knowledgeable in Food Manufacturing Processes; Possess a good communication and leadership Skills; Possesses strong communication; organization, and interpersonal skills.
1 ASSISTANT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLANNER A Graduate of Bachelor of Industrial Technology (BIT) major in Electronics, Electricity, or any related courses; At least three to five years experience in Programmable Logic Controller, industrial electricity, industrial electronics, electronic test equipment; Electrical and Electronics testing; Instruments Testing and calibration; Electronics Instrumentation; Electronics Soldering; Programmable Logic Controller (PLC); Oral and written communication skills; Critical Thinking and analytical skills.
1 FARM GENERATOR TECHNICIAN Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or any related courses; At least 3-5 years of years of experience in Generator Service Technician; Troubleshooting skills; Basic knowledge in electrical/electronics; Accurate Diagnostic Skills; Problem-Solving skills; Schematic diagram comprehension skills; Oral and Written communication skills.
1 FARM AIRCON TECHNICIAN Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology major in RAC/HVAC; or any related courses; At least 2 years in related work or in an industrial firm maintaining HVAC; Refrigeration skills; Basic knowledge in electrical/electronics; Accurate diagnostic skills; Oral and written communication skills; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Problem solving and decision-making skills.
1 PLUMBER Vocational or Technical schools (TESDA) or NCII in Plumbing; At least 1-3 years’ experience as a journeyman plumber; Skilled in the use of hand power tools; Knowledge of building codes; safety regulation and safety practices; Oral and written communication skills; Critical thinking and analytical skills; Excellence in problems solving skills.
1 PRODUCTION PLANNER Graduate of any Technical or Engineering course; At least two (2) years background as a planner in any manufacturing industry; Experience in Feed mill industry is an advantage; Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
2 WAREHOUSE STAFF Graduate of any four (4) year course; preferably chemistry units but not required; With experience in inventory and warehousing; Willing to be assigned in Binugao, Toril Davao City.
5 PRODUCTION CREW High School Level with or without experience; physically fit to work; hardworking; can work under varying shifts and willing to render overtime.
2 FORKLIFT OPERATOR High School Graduate or Vocational graduate; A candidate must have forklifting certificate or a diver’s license; Experience in handling counterbalance forklift and reach trucks.
1 EXECUTIVE DRIVER Proven experience as a Driver, a valid driver’s license; clean driving records; Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50); Familiarity with GPS devices knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods; Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage; polite and professional.
1 CRANE OPERATOR Vocational or Technical School with Heavy Equipment- Mobile Crane NCII Professional Driver’s License with restriction codes 1,2,3, and 8; At least 3 years working as Crane Operator or with three (3) years apprenticeship or commensurate experience as a mobile crane operator and a solid background in both the electrical and mechanical aspects of a mobile crane.
1 REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN Graduate of any vocational and Air Condition Course and NCII passer/ College Graduate of Technical Course; 6 months experience as refregiration technician or HVAC Technician; Install, inspect, maintain, and repair; Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units; Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
7 FLOCKMAN At least High School Graduate; Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience as Flockman; Physically fit; Willing to be assigned in Calinan Davao City.
5 FARM ELECTRICIAN Graduate of Bachelor in Industrial/Electrical Technology; Preferably with elevant experience; Knowledgeable in Motor Control and Generator equipment, Good communication skills; Effective critical-thinking and analytical skills; Knowledgeable in basic electrical maintenance and machine controls; Willing to be assigned in Calinan or Toril Davao City.
1 MECHANIC Graduate of Automotive Servicing NCII or any equivalent technical vocational course; Preferably with 2-3years of experience as Mechanic; Knows how to diagnose and repair all parts of heavy equipment and other industrial vehicle; Willing to be assigned in Biao Escuela, Tugbok Dist. Davao City.
1 SHOP ASSISTANT Graduate of Automotive Servicing NCII or any equivalent technical vocational course; atleast 6 months of experience as Shop Assistant. Willing to be assigned in Biao Escuela, Tugbok Dist., Davao City.
