Operate & Maintain splicing equipment tools fusion. With at least 5mos – 1 year of working experience in tin Fiber installation (fiber optic splicing, cabling, and communication). 2 BOOMTRUCK OPERATORS Preferably with Driver’s License. Restriction 2,3, and 8. With background experience in driving boom truck for at least 8 months. Hardworking and dedicated. Physically fit. Area assignment: (Davao, Butuan or Cagayan).
5 GROUNDMEN With Professional Driver Licensed. At least Senior High Graduate. Willing to work on ground activity Excavation. Hauling of Materials & etc. Area assignment (Davao, Butuan or Cagayan)

1 COMPANY NURSE Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/College Degree/Nursing or other related courses. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
1 SURVEYOR At-least college level with engineering course or related (ECE/EE/CE/IT Course) licensed is none required. Must have good interpersonal skill. Must have a Professional Driver R 1,2. With knowledge in processing LGU Permit/Elect. Coop/3rd party negotiation is a plus. With knowledge in CADD Operation is a plus.
1 HR ASSOCIATE Drafts, reviews and manages contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, petitions and other legal documents. Ensure compliance with rules governing disposition of cases before any jurisdictions or tribunals. Develop or implement new or existing company policies. Ensure end-to-end processing of disciplinary action and sanction against employees. Evaluate employee’s performance and recommend recognition or disciplinary action. Contribute to the production of an ER strategy and development of sound ER policies that allow management to achieve successful/favorable outcomes and conflict resolutions. Maintains the HR file system regarding employee discipline and grievances. Works with HR Team to maintain and improve employee relations.
