1 CHEMIST Registered Chemist or Registered Chemical Technician. At least two (2) years of experience as a laboratory analyst. With ISO 17025 and Good Laboratory Practices Training is an advantage.
1 PEOPLE & CULTURE SPECIALIST Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course. At least 3 years of solid exposure to HR Operations and Optimization. Can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
1 ASSET MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical). Master’s Degree in Engineering is an advantage. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in asset management. Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in the water industry. Preferably with background on ISO 55001 or Asset Management System.
1 WATER NETWORK MANAGER Licensed Civil/Mechanical Engineer. With 5 years of experience in engineering design and support services in a water infrastructure and engineering environment. Adept in using hydraulic simulation tools
1 SAFETY OFFICER Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in an industrial plant, power plant, or heavy industry as a Safety Officer. Accreditation by DOLE as Safety Officer and have a COSH Training Certificate.
15 PLANT OPERATORS Graduate of any college education with TESDA certification and/or Vocational track certification. With at Least 2 years of relevant working experience with good performance standing. With experience in industrial works, operation or project exposure in Water/Wastewater treatment plant facilities is an advantage. Good orientation and adaptability to Process, Quality, Environment, Security, Health, and Safety guidelines of the organization and as set forth by regulations.
