1 PARALEGAL OFFICER A Graduate of AB Political Science, BSBA Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent courses. With extensive knowledge of Labor Code and other related laws and regulations in relation to employee-employer relationship. At least 1 year experience in employee relations and general paralegal works. Task independent and facts oriented working attitude. With excellent communication skill both written and oral. Well versed in Labor Code interpretation. Willing to be assigned in GenSan Corporate Office.
1 ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST A Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or equivalent course. With at least 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable and its underlying processes. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, a good academic track record is a plus. Detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision. Can work in a fast-phasing environment. Willing to be assigned or relocate to Tibungco Davao City.
3 SALESMEN No particular college course requirement. With at least 1 year extensive salesman experience in retail or distribution of beverages. With familiarity of Gensan routes. Can work with minimal supervision. With honest working attitude.
1 OPERATIONS CLERK A Graduate of any4-year course preferably business courses. With at least 1 year experience in handling administrative duties. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details. With experience in LTO processes and transactions such as but not limited to: Vehicle Registration, Renewal etc. Can work in a fast phasing environment and under minimal supervision. Willing to relocate or to be assigned at main office GenSan.
4 TITANIC HAULER DRIVERS With 1 to 2 years of experience. 1238 drivers’ license. Trustworthy and can work under minimal supervision.
1 TRAILER DRIVER With 1 to 2 years driving experience. 1238 drivers’ license. Trustworthy and can work under minimal supervision.
2 AUTO ELECTRICIANS Certificate in auto electrical related jobs. Knowledge of diagnostics tools for vehicle electrical and electronics. Ability to carry out/repair electrical wiring in a range of vehicles. Strong manual skills and precision when carrying or repair and testing. Organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
2 HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICS At least 1-year experience as heavy equipment mechanic. Care and use of hand and power tools employed in all phases of heavy equipment mechanical maintenance and repair work. Ability to make skillful, controlled manipulations of small objects to repair equipment’s. Ability to read, understand, and carry out oral and written instructions.
3 JUNIOR MECHANICS Completed any Technical Automotive Course or its equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair of light to heavy equipment. With Preventive Maintenance Techniques and Troubleshooting skills.
