1 OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER
Strong Verbal and Written English Communication skills.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Excellent Administrative skills.
With at least 5years of BPO experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
A degree in Operation Management or Business Administration is a plus.
Excellent understanding of technology, software applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft outlook etc.
Must be able to work onsite (Monday- Friday 9PM-5AM).
