Receiving of invoice from the encoder of mondelez to be encoded in the computer then signed receive.
Afterwards, forward to the warehouse manager for the loading preparation.
Making of weekly inventory report from the van selling and motorists to be forwarded to the Audit Staff for checking and final checking to the Admin Head.
Issuance of Returned of Stocks Slip to the delivery team if there’s any.
Then, conduct physical counting of the stocks with the encoder.
