5 TRAINING SPECIALISTS At least 4 years of leadership experience in BPO operations, Finished at least 2 years in college, At least 2 years of experience in learning and development, Excellent communication skills. At least 1-year experience in facilitating Foundations and/or Product Training in BPO environment. Well-equipped with skills in Program Development and Curriculum Design. Well-trained in designing modules and learning materials for Operations and Account specific needs. Excellent communication skills both in oral and written.

5 CLIENT RELATIONS ASSOCIATES BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, Tourism. Flexible on “crazy” work schedules.

5 ACCOUNTING STAFF Flexible when it comes to shifting work hours. Must work well under pressure and can handle multiple customer interactions. Must be a graduate from Accountancy or Accounting Tech (4 years). Must be knowledgeable in MS Excel and other Accounting software.

1 COLLECTION SUPPORT STAFF Accounting graduates – encouraged. Business-related courses are also accepted (accounting work experience). Must be in Davao City or willing to relocate to Davao City.

3 COMPANY NURSES Must be a Registered Nurse. With good communication skills both verbal and written. With good attention to details. Flexible and dependable.

1 DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT 1- Manage and oversee the business risk portfolio, including :, including a) Regulatory risk (GDPR, HIPPA, FCC etc.) b) Local business compliance (PEZA, business/operating licensing etc.) c) Brand Partner specific risks, based on work-types d) People risks (working closely with HR). Ensure adequate controls and mitigation plans are in place where necessary to minimize risk exposure and ensure all business units are operating compliantly. Create and maintain solid Business Continuity Plans (BCP) & Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) across all operating locations. Ensure regular scenario testing. Develop leadership awareness and competence in managing risk. Oversee all compliance and mandatory training completion. Maintain an AOS risk & controls register.

1 DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGIES 10+ years’ experience in software/web development using different programming stacks. 5+ years’ experience in a management and leadership role of a large DevOps team. 5+ years’ experience working with Software QA. Proficient in using different project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana). Experience in all stages of the SDLC. Knowledgeable in mobile development. Knowledgeable in advanced concepts of Web Development. Oversight of the operations of the technology departments, specifically, but not limited to, Graphics and Technical Design, Image Enhancement and Web Development team.

1 CASH CUSTODIAN Accounting/Finance graduate. Flexible, willing to work night shift (shifting). Good interpersonal skills. With at least one year working experience. Good communication skills (a plus if Good With MS Excel).

5 ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPPORT STAFF Accounting/Finance/Business-related. Course and experience. Excellent in Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel. Willing to work graveyard shift. Team player. Proactive. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Can work with minimal supervision. Billing/Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable work experience is a plus. Available to start ASAP.
