1 TRAINING OFFICER
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resource Development, or other related areas of discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in training and development in either corporate or CSO settings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of training processes o Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to identify skills deficits, and knowledge gaps in a given situation.
Good training management skills in the actual conduct of a training.
Good facilitating skills in a training environment.
Willing to be assigned in Mati, Davao Oriental.
