1 SHIPPING COORDINATOR
Monitors all orders and makes sure to ship it on time.
Communicates with clients and shippers, addresses inquiries, and resolves complaints.
Checks all invoices are correct.
Negotiates shipping fees with couriers/ forwarders.
Prepares inventory reports for senior management.
Keeps a meticulous record of shipment information.
Prepares summary of account for payment.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Provincial applicants that are willing to relocate and work in Malate, Manila are welcome to apply.
