Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business.
Strong understanding of the Real Estate business which will allow to adequately implement the development process.
Strong business and financial skills.
Ability to maximize profits.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency, desired quality, timely delivery at established cost parameters.
Strong ability to set and meet goals.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Demonstrate energy, drive, determination and persistence, even when confronted with rejection.
Excellent communication skills, including effective executive-level presentation skills.
