1 FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality management, business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
F&B related certifications and post graduate studies would be an advantage.
Proven leadership capabilities with at least five (5) years working experience in a hotel / hospitality management role.
Proven performance record with at least three (3) years hotel / hospitality operations experience as an F&B Manager or equivalent, in leading four-star to five-star hotels, pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Strong financial and commercial acumen; develop and implement strategies, lead the department’s initiatives and programs to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
Highly effective and efficient in maintaining high level department operations standards while exercising prudence on cost and related expense.
Proven capabilities in customer engagement and retention, community and public relations.
