College Degree preferably with Accountancy background/related course.
With at least 1 year related experience.
Quality certifications such as Six Sigma will be preferred or have worked in such environment.
Hands-on process improvement experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into information.
Has Mentoring & Coaching skills.
Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability.
Good oral and written communications skills in English.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Capability to work under time pressure in a dynamic business environment.
Computer literate in various tools.
