1 SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
To entertain and answer customer’s inquiry regarding prices.
Gathers all information for quote.
Checks in the system if the customer had previously done business with the company for pricing.
Computes prices/makes quotations and emails quote or give it customers.
Prepares and emails some customer’s needs and requirements.
Lists all customers’ order, schedule date and time to avoid delays and achieve customer’s satisfaction.
Makes daily schedule that indicates customer name, address, design, volume, time and other important details and submit it to QC for dispatching of the customers base on the schedule time.
Receives DRs from QC and checks to ensure that the details are correct and properly encoded to the system based on the customer’s order and prices before forwarding it to account receivable (AR).
Willing to be assigned in Tigatto, Davao City.
